Geoff Docherty has invested his years of rock promotion into the formation and development of Sharp End Productions as a limited company, with a mission to create feature films in the North East of England.
With help from local business service providers and co directors the first film production from Sharp End Productions is 'The Promoter's Tale'. This film will be an adaptation of Geoff Docherty's book' A Promoter's Tale: Rock At The Sharp End.' which is an account of Geoff's life working as a music promoter.
Years of work have already gone into this project to solidify the screenplay, the cast and the crew. The company directors and shareholders aim to make this film - The Best British Rock Film Ever!
